We now offer three options!
Option 1 - From Your Computer
Online Giving provides a convenient way for parishioners to make financial contributions. Online Giving is a web-based offertory solution that allows parishioners to make donations electronically from any location at any time. It is done simply and electronically. Once a person goes through the necessary application, one can choose how much you want to give and how frequently. Contributions for tithing can be made every week, every other week, once a month, once a year, etc. At any time, donors can go to the website and change what they have listed. If necessary, donations can be suspended for a short period of time and then resumed.
Special collections such as the monthly building fund collections, the Priest and Religious Retirement Funds, the Catholic Commentator, Catholic Relief Services and other collections that are asked for from time-to-time can be easily handled in the online portal as well. Those collection opportunities will be placed in the giving section at the time of the collection in church.

Use of weekly envelopes is an easy and excellent way to practice stewardship. Simply place the envelope with your gift in the offertory collection at Mass or mail to 9150 Highland Road Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70810. To order envelopes or request information regarding giving at St. Jude, please contact our parish office at 225-766-2431.
Mass intentions are taken on a first come basis for both weekday and weekend Masses. Each mass intention requires a $5.00 stipend which must be included with request. Please complete the Mass Intention Request form and return it by mail along with the stipend (one for each request) to Contact Name (Link contact card) at the parish office.
Phase II – Ministry and Administrative Building
With the completion of the renovations of St. Jude the Apostle Church, we have begun Phase II of our capital improvement effort, the Ministry and Administrative Building. This new building will include additional Meeting/Conference/Ministry Rooms, Nursery and Administrative Offices. As a parish, we lack the space necessary to accommodate all of the meetings, programs, ministry functions, etc. that occur here at St. Jude. This facility will serve as a place for adult formation classes, ministry events, gatherings, social activities, meetings and seminars for all parishioners and the parish as a whole. The goal of this project is to enhance the faith of our community and meet the needs of the entire parish both now and into the future.
2014 Gymnasium Refurbishment
In addition to our church refurbishment, your generous donations to the capital campaign fund allowed for a complete refurbishment of our campus gymnasium. Some of the new features included refinished floors, upgraded bleachers, and basketball goals. These enhancements will continue to provide our parish community with exceptional recreational facilities for years to come.
In Deuteronomy 16:10 we are reminded that “the measure of your own free will offering should be in proportion to the blessing the Lord has bestowed on you.” All contributions from the smallest to the largest will be gratefully appreciated. Your decision is a personal one. It should be made in good conscience and in true Christian spirit.
Checks should be made out to St. Jude Capital Campaign and pledges can be set up as part of the Online Giving portal. For more information, contact the Church Office at 225-766-2431.
